Weekly on Wednesday at 10:30 hrs. Please see the Group Activities Calendar (button above) for latest information.

 

You will need to bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water. (Rubber matting can be bought from any ferreteria by the metre or already cut to size from the Chinese supermarkets). The class will consist of:

1. Gentle warm up followed by preparation stretches.
2. Low impact aerobic routine to music. This is an add on routine which we will build up each week.
3. Cool down-slow down on main routine.
4. Muscle strength and endurance, floor exercises to stretch and tone muscles.
5. Cool down relaxing exercises.
