Please remember that only Javea U3A members can join a Group and that some Groups are already fully subscribed and may operate a waiting list for new members. If the Group in which you are interested is already full, or your interests are not reflected in the list below, perhaps you would consider starting a new or parallel Group. If so, please contact the Groups Coordinator by clicking here.
Each month, information on Groups is published in the Newsletter and there is also a list (including contact details) of Committee members and Group Leaders. Both of these documents are emailed to members before the U3A monthly meeting. Limited number of printed copies of both documents are also available at the monthly meeting, specifically for members without an email address. The latest newsletter can be viewed by clicking the button above. Current and past newsletters can also be viewed or downloaded by clicking here (Adobe Reader required).
There is also a Group Activities Calendar giving details of group meeting dates, times and venues. This can be viewed by clicking the button above.
To see a selection of photos from the June 2009 meeting, click here. Many groups contributed to a successful open meeting that gave all members the opportunity to see what many groups had to offer. There was also the opportunity to talk to group leaders and committee members.
